Professional Biography

Nicole was born in Denver CO. She was raised in New Mexico and attended the University of New Mexico. She graduated with a degree in Human Development and Family Relations with a minor in Psychology. 

She and her husband moved to central Texas in 2010. Since then, she has worked in several jobs including a crisis pregnancy center, private education as a lead teacher and private business co-owner. 

The Andrakas moved overseas in 2015 to start up a private business in Northern Africa and stayed there for almost 4 years. During that time they participated in language acquisition and building up a self sustaining business. They returned late 2018 to Texas and moved to TN in 2022. 

Nicole currently homeschools her three children and is studying Herbalism with a hope to build a small business and practice. Her hobbies include painting, fiber arts and foraging and generally all old fashioned skills. She is currently serving as the Director of the Science Olympiad Club for the Greeneville Campus.
